It's berry season in the Midwest, which can only mean one thing – time to bake everything with berries. My Mixed Berry Cobbler is the ultimate tribute to summer!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a ceramic 8X8 baking dish pour in your selection of berries.
In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and brown sugar. Pour this mixture over the berries.
In a medium bowl, combine salt, baking powder, flour, milk and whisked egg.
Once the flour mixture is combined, crumble it over the berries. Making sure to fully cover them.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Let the cobbler cool for about 30 minutes.
Once the cobbler has cooled, top with the sugar mixture.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
If you are using fresh berries, you can add a tablespoon of lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
Try to ensure that the berries you are using are almost all the same size.
