Instructions
Place the marshmallows, salt, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Working in 30-40 second intervals, melt the marshmallows, salt, and butter. Making sure to stir each time, until all the ingredients are melted together and smooth.
In a separate large bowl, pour the rice krispy cereal. Set aside. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the rice crispy cereal. Working quickly, mix them together until the rice crispy cereal is covered in marshmallows.
Spray the 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Pour the rice krispy treats into the prepared pan. Press them down evenly. Put them in the refrigerator to cool and harden for 1 hour.
Once the rice krispy treats have hardened remove them from the refrigerator. Place your white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them in 20-30 second intervals. Stirring each time. Once they are melted swirl in your food coloring. Drizzle over the rice krispy treats and top with sprinkles. Let the chocolate harden for about 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
Notes
You can use any type of 13x9 pan you have on hand. I like to use glass.
